1. CLEANING YOUR FILTER

This is an IMPORTANT reminder about you responsibility to regularly cleaning the filter on your Frozen Brothers machine, for guidance on cleaning your filters, please download the PDF linked below or you can watch our helpful youtube video below.

If you fail to follow this procedure there is a potential risk of the machine overheating and this creating other serious technical issues with the machine that you might then be responsible for paying to repair these issues.  

If you notice that your machine is overfilling or not filling, and there are no messages on your screen about changing the BIB or the Co2, please make sure to unplug your machine immediately, as this may affect the discharge valve of your machine.  

Once the machine is unplugged, be sure to log a service request or call us so we can arrange for a technician to inspect your machine.

2. UNPLUGGING YOUR CELLI CHILLER

We've received feedback that the agitator motor in this equipment, manufactured by the Celli Group, may need an upgrade to prevent any potential quality issues with the final product served from the machine.

It is important that you unplug the chiller. To assist on how to do this please watch the video below or on our youtube channel 'How to unplug your Celli Chiller' alternatively you can download our help PDF linked below.

We will be contacting you shortly to arrange for one of our technicians to visit and inspect the Celli chiller and address any upgrade if needed. Rest assured, unplugging the Celli chiller will not impact serving or sales, so you can continue operations as usual.
