If your Power Unit isnt working properly or if you see the red warning signal on your screen then you will need to place a service order so one of our tenicaincs can come out to your store and resolve the proplem.
The easiest way to place a service order is online. Select the book and engineer option or follow the link at the bottom of this page.
First you need to make sure that you have completed all of the you fix checks which can be found here.
Next fill in the form outlining the problem.
Finally complete the checkout process, you wont be charged for a call out unless our technician identifies the problem as a you fix issue in which case charges may apply.
