These messages are for your information and doent’t require you to do anything. The message will disappear when product is ready to serve.
The product in the tank is to frozen
The product needs to defrost to the right consistency. Simply leave the tank which shows this message to defrost and when the product is ready.
The Power Unit is in sleep mode
The Power Unit is programmed to enter sleep mode outside of your stores opening times, this helps to save energy.
The product needs to freeze
The product needs to freeze to the right consistency. Do not serve from the tank until the message disappears.
You Fix Icons
These messages are classed as You Fix responsibilities and are your job to fix. Once you complete the task indicated the symbols will disappear.
Bag in Box (syrup) is empty
Your bag in box is empty and needs to be replaced. This will be covered in Lesson 5.
Your COâ‚‚ Is empty
This means you are out of COâ‚‚ and bottle needs replacing. This will be explained in Lesson 6.
Clean your filter
This means you need to clean your filter or might indicate your power unit is overheating. This will be covered in Lesson 4.
We Fix Icon
If you see this icon, it means your Power Unit may need to be looked at by one of our technicians, so please contact us.
The easiest way to do this is online and this process will be covered in Lesson 9. Please note that continuing to serve when this sign is showing may damage your Power Unit, so we recommend turning off your machine until our technicians can resolve the issue.
