You Fix refers to the maintenance tasks that you are responsible for. These jobs are important for you to complete to keep your machine functioning properly. We have created a YouTube channel full of videos to help you with this, which can be found here.

When calling out a technician, please ensure that you or a member of your staff is present upon arrival. Our Frozen Brothers Technician will check in and request confirmation of the exact location and access details for the equipment designated in the service order.
